[Bug] 같은 작업 폴더에 agy 세션이 2개 이상이면 대화 ID가 겹쳐 기록되어 resume 이 실패하거나 다른 세션의 대화로 이어짐

Linux 확인 결과 확인

v4.10.0(main @0461a63)의 Linux 확인 결과, 제안한 세 항목이 모두 기대대로 동작했다.
