Bob Lantz a0f69d98df Change makeTerm() to tunnel X11 using socat if needed 
For local display, allow local root access
For remote display, tunnel with socat/mnexec
This should enable *wireshark in hosts* and fix #119

Isaku Yamahata 356e9d8a92 tools/install.sh: update oftest 
Since oftest removed tools/munger directory, install.sh fails as follows
