test(a4): the composite purge names its claude session by a real uuid (Issue #31, review)

Browse Source 
claude now takes only a canonical uuid (81b6c2e), so the fixture id
'uuid-c' purged nothing. The three claude spellings in
test_purge_artifacts_composite become one uuid literal; the assertions
and the other adapters' parts are unchanged. Approved by the user.
