fix(stop): a purge reports its residual like orc_onboard (Issue #31)

stop called purge_artifacts only. It now prints `WARN residual: <path>` for
each leftover or `residual: none (agent: <agent>)`, the strings orc_onboard
prints. The row is still removed and the exit stays 0.
