PR #48 already carries the 4.8.5 lockstep bump. Merge-workspace review:
round 1 (@35935f9) claude agy grok NOT PASS (test portability: tomllib on
Python 3.9, /proc and /tmp on macOS), codex no verdict (model at capacity,
budget spent); fixed in 36f0b8d and e8d9151. Round 2 (@e8d9151) codex NOT
PASS (unrunnable config check passed an unchecked merge, odd pids closed a
pane, nan dropped the user's settings); fixed in ab93776. Round 3
(@ab93776) 4/4 PASS. Full suite at ab93776 on macOS / Python 3.9: 1456
passed / 0 failed / 38 skipped. Reports and the round-3 identity sidecars
go to .agents/reports/<session>/.

결론 요약

1회차의 차단 3건(B1~B3)과 문서 지적(D1)이 모두 닫혔다. 이 macOS 호스트(Python 3.9 venv)에서 지정 6개 파일이 실패 없이 통과하고, 실제 herdr 서버 테스트 5개가 skip 없이 돈다. 차단 결함 없음.

B3 test_issue9_server_env.py:157 tomllib, bootstrap 의 python3 가정	bootstrap 과 같은 PATH 의 `python3` 로 결과를 파싱, tomllib 이 없으면 키 하나짜리 파일 + `confirm_close` 없음 + 경고 "no tomllib" 를 기대(:169-183)	통과. 이 호스트에서는 else 분기(3.9)가 실행된다. `subprocess.run(["python3"…], env=env)` 는 POSIX 에서 env 의 PATH 로 실행 파일을 찾으므로 bootstrap 과 같은 인터프리터다. 경고 문구는 herdr_config.py:147 와 일치

격리: 실행 전후 herdr 프로세스는 기존 multi-agent-mux 서버·attach 클라이언트와 오케스트레이터의 agent wait 뿐(잔류 서버 없음), /private/tmp/m45* 없음, ~/.config/herdr 목록·config.toml md5·sessions 목록 불변. MQTT_* unset, .mam.env 미export. 실제 .mam/jobs 에 새 항목 없음.

3. 비차단 관찰

N1 VERSIONS.md 4.8.5 항목 1 문장 흐름: 새 문장이 "…경고가 남는다:" 로 끝나고 바로 뒤에 원래 있던 "출력이 원본 자신(별칭 포함)이거나 … 원본별 이름을 쓴다" 가 이어져, 출력 이름 규칙이 Python 버전 설명의 결과처럼 읽힌다. 원래는 "사용자 파일은 고치지 않는다:" 뒤에 붙던 설명이다. 새 문장을 항목 끝으로 옮기면 된다.
N2 _process_env 의 macOS 분기(test_issue45_restore.py:166-169)는 ps -E 출력을 공백으로 나누므로 공백이 든 경로는 맞추지 못한다. 테스트 루트가 /private/tmp/m45… 로 고정이라 지금은 영향 없다.
N3 tomli 백포트 대신 문서화한 결정에 대한 의견: 복원은 어느 경우에도 꺼지므로(#45 의 핵심) 안전 측면에서 문제없고, 이 호스트의 herdr 설정이 키 하나뿐이라는 사정에서 합리적이다. 나중에 사용자 설정이 커지면, 새 의존성 없이 PATH 에서 3.11+ 인터프리터를 찾는 방법도 고려할 만하다.
