No blocking findings remain. The brief's older 54-new/564-total counts describe an earlier revision; the current Phase 1 test file contains 66 passing cases. This review evaluates the current corrected tree and supplied cumulative diff, not the superseded implementation alone.

Assessment

• R1 and R2 remain resolved as established in .mam/jobs/99a21e70/codex-reports/report-final.md: explicit fresh-process import bootstrap preserves cwd and selects the helper's tree; immutable connection-identity snapshots reject changed credentials/TLS while preserving compatible connection reuse.
• The source-kind/package-binding and one-shot/persistent transport review conclusions are unchanged. F-1's disconnected-publish handling, corrected fake message-info behavior, and consolidated one-shot implementation remain covered by the Phase 1 tests.
• Compared 95f3e9a to current HEAD directly: only two documents changed. The benchmark now correctly names _delegation_py rather than -m, and task.md records the frozen interpreter lookup issue as a Phase 3 prerequisite. These do not introduce runtime changes. The latter remains a future integration constraint, not a claim that all possible frozen helper environments already work without a configured interpreter.
• The prior four disclosed implementation deviations retain the Round 2 assessment. In particular, preexec_fn must be replaced before adopting daemon spawning in a multithreaded engine; fork reduction was not achieved and is accurately documented.
• Direct cumulative diff confirms run_loop.sh is unchanged and reconcile.sh contains only the explicit environment-initialization addition. The wrapper/status mapping invariant tests pass. No automatic-completion policy change was found.
