PR #69 review round 2.
- The herdr probe is tri-state (present / absent / unknown) from a parsed
`_herdr agent list`: absent only when the list parses without the name or
herdr answers server_not_running. A failed, unparseable or timed-out lookup
is unknown and keeps the marker (codex P1: has-session's exit 1 meant both
"absent" and "lookup failed").
- Probes run with MAM_NO_AUTOSTART=1 so a check never starts a server (agy P2).
- Probe time is capped by max(deadline, start + PROBE_FLOOR_S=2 s), shared by
all markers, so a slow herdr cannot hold the wait or its lock past the cap
(codex P2); MAM_ID_ORDER_WAIT_S=0 still gets one bounded look.
- Tests: unknown probe keeps and refuses; delayed probe at caps 0/1/3 stays
within the bound; real probe via lib.sh mam_id_order_wait against mock herdr
(listed / unlisted / failing list / server_not_running).

A create/resume killed after spawning its pane but before registering its
row left a marker whose owner pid was dead; the next same-cwd waiter pruned
it on the pid alone and could start a second session that discovers the
same workspace conversation id (PR #69 review P1).
- Markers record the herdr server. A dead owner's marker is pruned only once
its row is registered for the attempt (running, newer epoch: the row
decides) or `_herdr has-session` reports the session gone; an unanswered
probe counts as alive. On timeout the kill-session command is printed.
- A live marker of another process for the waiter's own session name is kept
and blocks instead of being deleted; the waiter's own pid's markers go.
- Tests: orphan / registered / gone / same-session / missing pane pid cases,
and a create-level reproduction against mock herdr (fails before the fix).

- BaseAgentAdapter: id_lifecycle (pre_assigned: claude, grok / post_discovered)
and capture_active_session_id - exactly one verified candidate newer than the
session that no other row records, else a reason (no-candidate, ambiguous, ...).
- agy: verify_artifact (discover) rejects an id last_conversations.json maps to
another workspace and always excludes ids other rows record (a cache hit no
longer bypasses it). capture uses the cache only as a proposal: the
conversation's presence lock or DB must be held by the row's pane process or
a descendant (lsof/ps); anything unprovable is not pinned.
- lib_py/agents/autopin.py: handle_completed, run by the side that verified the
job's completed - the delegate-job wrapper (direct), create --onboard and the
loop's wait_for_job (recovery, as a subprocess: G9). Local herdr jobs only;
one (job, dispatch token, attempt) is handled once (job-scoped flock + marker
in the job dir); writes go through atomic_dump_yaml; a pin records
session_id_source=discovered / session_id_verified=true; a failure leaves the
reason on the row and never changes the job's result.
- reconcile.sh drift C for agy, hermes, opencode and codex calls the same
capture (the agy *.db glob is gone); _pin_and_verify_resume uses pin_row.
- Tests: tests/test_issue40_auto_pin.py; issue64 :407 now expects False; the
static reconcile-source checks follow the move to the adapters; the two tier2
drift-C component tests create with --no-onboard (onboarding now pins).

- tests: macOS SQLite keeps -wal/-shm after the last close (persistent WAL);
the `clean` state removes them after the checkpointing close
- the 2.x placeholder pattern requires the quoted example, so a typed
`Ask anything…` is read as a draft
- auth_ok takes ~/.opencode/bin/opencode only as an executable file
- status.sh and reconcile.sh (drift C) open opencode.db with _ro_connect

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VCgu9Fa9iT7TbJUSzdq4Ff
opencode 2.x needs no login: a fresh HOME runs a free default model and a
local provider has no key, while 2.x keeps no auth.json. auth_ok is now
"opencode on PATH or under <HOME>/.opencode/bin". `python -m lib_py.agents
auth-ok <agent>` exits with an adapter's verdict, and create's opencode
branch uses it (same 7 lines) instead of its own auth.json/key test and
`opencode --version`, which wrote a line to the real opencode log.
test_a4's opencode block now pins the binary rule (decision D1, required
by the brief's item 3 and by both reviewers). Other agents are unchanged.

_ro_connect read every database without both sidecars as immutable, which
skips a -wal's committed rows: a recovered DB+WAL with no -shm showed no
sessions (planner-reviewer-codex-01). That state - no writer runs without
a -shm - is now read from a private DB+WAL copy, where SQLite may rebuild
the index, loaded into memory; nothing beside the source is touched. The
query matrix gains the walonly state.

Every run appends a line to opencode's log, and one discover resolved the
database once per candidate. A successful answer is kept per (binary, HOME,
XDG_DATA_HOME) - the values the run sees; a failed run is not remembered.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A read-write open checkpointed the WAL and deleted -wal/-shm on close; a
plain mode=ro open created missing ones and left them. _ro_connect uses the
sidecars only when both exist (a live writer keeps them) and reads the file
as immutable otherwise. verify_artifact, _has_session, discover,
_descendants and residual_artifacts (db_rows_naming takes a connect) use it;
the purge's own writes are unchanged.

An adapter can now name its placeholder as a pattern the box's first line
matches in full (input_placeholder_pattern); input_placeholder stays the
literal lib.sh greps for. opencode: `Ask anything… "<example>"`, the closing
quote optional because a box under ~65 columns cuts the example. Fixtures:
the 140-column herdr capture and a 60-column one with the cut example.

- Review 614b6263 (codex, P2): `opencode session delete` removes the child
sessions with their parent, but their 1.x rows stayed and the parent's
residual was empty. The child sessions (session_v2 and a 1.x session
table, any depth) are taken before the delete; the 1.x tables (message,
part, todo, session_share, session) are cleaned for all of them, and the
residual also reports a child still on record (a failed delete).
- The in-use check counted any process holding the shared opencode.db; the
per-user 2.x background service (`serve --service`) holds it for every
session, so every opencode purge was refused while it ran (it does on
this Mac). It no longer counts; any other holder and a command line
naming the session still do.
- The data dir follows the caller's XDG_DATA_HOME when ctx is the caller's
own home (else <home>/.local/share), for debug paths, the fallback and the
residual scan (review 614b6263 / f4cedbae N4).
- resident_children = ('opencode',): the --standalone server stays the TUI's
idle child; what runs under it still counts (review 1abe0a90).
- Tests: child sessions on a migrated database, a failed delete, the service
holder, XDG, resident children, drift C pinning the parent over a newer
child session (review f4cedbae N2), and the real-binary test no longer
depends on PATH (N1).

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VCgu9Fa9iT7TbJUSzdq4Ff
Measured on opencode 2.0.32 (macOS):
- the TUI rejects --agent ("Unrecognized flag"), so create and resume could
not start opencode at all; the default agent is build. MAM now spawns
`opencode --auto --standalone` (resume adds --session <id>): the server
runs as the TUI's child and ends with it, and the per-user background
service is neither used nor started;
- sessions live in session_v2 (a fresh 2.x database has no `session` table;
a migrated one keeps the 1.x tables but no longer writes them). discover,
verify_artifact, reconcile drift C and status read session_v2, and
discover / drift C skip child (subagent) sessions;
- `db path` is gone (it prints the help and exits 0): the db comes from
the `db` line of `opencode debug paths`, else the default path;
- `opencode session delete` removes a session with its child sessions from
the 2.x tables (and leaves the 1.x ones): purge runs it with --standalone
for a session in session_v2, still deletes the 1.x message/part/session
rows, and residual also reports a session_v2 row left by a failed delete.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VCgu9Fa9iT7TbJUSzdq4Ff
The user asked for no path at all from an id that is not a uuid. bd09c6a
still took `<id>.jsonl` for one (the pre-#31 reach), which has_artifacts and
the residual counted while in-use always said free: `purge claude notes`
deleted notes.jsonl. Now purge, has_artifacts and residual return nothing
for such an id, as in-use already did.
This makes test_a4_adapter_contract.py::test_purge_artifacts_composite fail:
it purges the claude id 'uuid-c' and expects uuid-c.jsonl gone. Editing an
existing test needs the user's approval; the one-line data change
(a canonical uuid in place of 'uuid-c') is kept outside the branch, in job
90efa4ce's report dir. Reverting this commit restores the jsonl-only reach.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
has_artifacts counted only the paths a purge may remove. When all that was
left lay behind a linked dir, `purge claude <uuid>` (or auto) found no
adapter and exited 5 with an empty residual, hiding the path the purge
had refused to follow. has_artifacts now counts every candidate; _inside
still decides what is removed, so the CLI exits 0, removes nothing and
lists the linked path as residual.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
_is_uuid took an uppercase or mixed-case uuid, and the paths built from it
are the live lowercase session's own files on macOS's default
case-insensitive APFS. The in-use checks compare exactly, though: session
files and command lines carry the lowercase id, so `purge claude <UPPER>`
found no holder and could remove a live session's files. _canonical now
lowercases a canonical uuid, and the paths, the session-file and job
matches, the in-use check and the residual all use it; a command line is
searched for both spellings.

json.load reads a huge integer as an int, and math.isfinite raised
OverflowError on it outside any try: conversation_in_use and purge_artifacts
(which must never raise) threw, where 6f4f40a had taken it as live. The
conversion to float now comes first, and an overflow means live.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The refusal pointed at ~/.claude/sessions/ for every agent, whatever
CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR said, and never mentioned a non-agent process naming the
uuid on its command line. The in-use CLI now prints, on stderr while the
conversation is in use, the adapter's in_use_hints: for every adapter
`ps -axww | grep <uuid>`, and for claude its real sessions/ dir first. stop
prints them under its refusal, and says "records preserved" instead of
"no state was modified": the gate runs after the kill chain, so the session
itself may already be down. SKILL.md's exit 4 row says the same; it is not
a code block, so no inventory hash moves.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
time.mktime read ps's local lstart, which is ambiguous in the hour a DST
change repeats: the start could come out an hour off and a live holder be
taken for a reused pid (or the reverse). ps now runs with TZ=UTC0, which BSD
ps and procps both honour, and calendar.timegm reads it. No /proc.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
float("NaN") and a JSON NaN passed the old check, and every comparison with
NaN is false, so a live holder looked like a reused pid: the in-use gate let
the purge through and the session file was taken as stale. startedAt must
now be an int or float (not bool), finite and positive; anything else cannot
be told and counts as live. A dead pid is still stale whatever it says.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A tmp-root entry <key> linking outside made `<key>/<uuid>` look like a plain
directory, and rmtree removed what lay behind the link; projects/<key>,
file-history/ and the other config dirs had no such check either. Each
candidate now keeps the root it was found under (config, projects or tmp),
and is purged only when every component between that root and the leaf is a
real directory and its parent resolves inside the resolved root. A root may
itself be a link (/tmp -> /private/tmp), a leaf link is still removed as the
link alone, and a candidate behind a link is reported as residual instead.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
projects/<key>/memory/ (Claude Code's auto memory) sits beside the session
dirs, and `purge claude memory` removed it whole. Only an 8-4-4-4-12 hex id
now reaches the session's directories, session files, jobs and tmp dirs. Any
other id keeps the pre-#31 reach, the `<id>.jsonl` file alone (test_a4 still
purges "uuid-c"); its residual is that file and nothing holds it in use.
The shared _plausible_id is unchanged for the other adapters.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The adapter's fixed /tmp fallback is now a module constant. The new tests
point it, TMPDIR, TMP and TEMP at the test's own dirs, in the test process
and (through a sitecustomize on PYTHONPATH) in every python a test starts,
so no test lists the real /tmp/claude-<uid> any more (Mac review, PR #59).

stop resolves the uuid before it purges, through lib.sh's exported
CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR and DiscoveryContext.claude_dir, both of which defaulted
to $HOME/.claude/projects. With CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR alone the transcript under
<cfg>/projects was not found, so stop removed the row and purged nothing.
Both defaults are now ${CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR:-<home>/.claude}/projects; an
explicit CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR still wins.

A session file is what ties a pid's key file to the session, and a job's
state.json what ties the job dir: removing them first left the rest
unattributable after a partial failure (residual: none, and a retry could
not find it). Keys now go before their session file, which stays while any
key does; a job dir is emptied with state.json last and kept if anything
stays. residual lists a session file's key files (masked). A startedAt of 0
or less cannot tell a reused pid and counts as live; the sessions/ listdir
no longer raises.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR moves claude's whole config root, sessions/ included, so a
live session started under it was not seen and a stopped one left
file-history and the rest behind. The config root is now CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR,
else <home>/.claude; the purge and residual scans look at ctx.claude_dir and
the root's own projects/, each once. The test guard drops the variable for
every test like the other agent-home variables (test_issue55 l1 requires
every *_DIR the adapters read to be accounted for).
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Their purge is unchanged; what it leaves is now reported: codex names and
thread rows (state_*, thread_history_*; logs_* is not scanned), grok
memory-v2 observations, opencode event/todo rows. db_rows_naming opens the
DB read-only.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
A closed herdr session is not an exited agent, and the `herdr already dead`
path ran no check at all, so stop could remove the files of a live claude
and then its row. New `python -m lib_py.agents in-use <agent> <uuid> [ws]
[--wait s]` gives the purge CLI's own verdict; stop asks it outside the
registry lock and, unless it answers free, exits 4 with nothing changed.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
claude had no residual_artifacts, so a purge always printed `residual: none`.
It now reports names holding the uuid under ~/.claude (projects excluded),
in projects two levels deep, in the tmp roots, plus the owned jobs dir and
session files. Shared files (history.jsonl, ~/.claude.json) are not
reported: they always mention every session. scan_names goes to base.py.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The claude purge removed only <uuid>.jsonl. It now removes everything the
session alone owns: projects/<key>/<uuid>/, file-history/<uuid>/,
session-env/<uuid>/, jobs/<uuid[:8]>/ when its state.json names the session,
a stale sessions/<pid>.json with that pid's key file (name only, never read)
and <tmp>/claude-<uid>/*/<uuid>/. An id that is empty, all dots or holds
/, .. or * builds no path. has_artifacts finds leftovers without the transcript,
and conversation_in_use also sees a live claude through sessions/<pid>.json
(a `claude -c` names no uuid on its command line); a reused pid is told
apart by ps lstart against the file's startedAt.

- input_region: in the prompt-line shape the input box starts only at a
column-0 prompt (codex indents a draft's continuation lines), and the
prompt and the (whole-line) placeholder are stripped from the box's first
non-blank line only, so `› Explain this terminal prompt:\n ›` is not empty.
- test_r4 runs with S=40 again: the defective code nudged ~30 s after a
missed transition, which S=10 could not tell from the fixed ~10 s.
Both new checks fail against the defective versions (stall_watch.py at
47e4274 -> 30.24 s < 40; input_region.py at bf0f5c1 -> nudge sent) and pass
now, each with its passing twin.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- R1 (P1): without rules the input region runs from the last prompt line to
the end of the pane; only a last line matching the adapter's footer pattern
(codex: ` <model> · ~/<cwd> · …`) is dropped, so a draft on a second line
keeps the nudge withheld.
- R2: while the synchronous submit runs, a relay thread finds the job it
registers (same session, created since the submit) and prints its
stalled:/stall_watch: notices; before, they appeared only after the job.
- R3: the broker-unavailable disk wait that runs into the deadline is the wall
clock: wall_clock_timeout (caller rc stays 3).
- R4: a state_change_seq change seen right before the judgement restarts the
idle window (decision 9: S seconds of continuous idle).
Regression tests are the reviewer's reproductions, each with its passing
twin; the wrapper-level #30 tests now use this environment's broker instead
of the #18 harness's public default.
Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
lib_py/stall_watch.py runs beside the wrapper's subscriber for a local herdr
job (started after delivery, stopped when the subscriber ends; MAM_STALL_WATCH=0
turns it off). It follows `herdr agent wait` transitions and publishes only
`progress` events through one publisher; it has no path that closes a job.
- blocked: `stalled:blocked <detection line>` once per episode, never answered.
- idle for MAM_STALL_IDLE_S (600) with no background descendants of the agent
pid (pane process-info + /proc; adapter resident_children and the heartbeat
timer excluded) and an empty input box: `stalled:idle` and one nudge.
- input box judged from adapter facts measured on herdr 0.9.1 (codex '›',
grok frame '│', opencode '┃' block + stop pattern); the whole-pane fallback
is gone. No facts: withheld + `stall_watch:input_check_unavailable` once;
never empty for 3 x S: `stall_watch:input_never_empty` once.
- herdr failures are not "no event": warning + `stall_watch:herdr_unavailable:
<code>` (or agent_not_found), backoff, rc 2 after MAM_STALL_HERDR_FAIL_S
(120); the wrapper prints the watcher's last lines.
- remote and human jobs are skipped with one log line.
- agent_status_reliable is an adapter field; false turns idle judgement off.
- the loop runner relays stalled:/stall_watch: notices once each.
- scoped_env drops a pane-inherited workspace scope for name lookups (#34 rule).
The module sits at the top of lib_py: delegation and loop may not import the
agent adapters (their sibling-import rules). Idle pane captures of the five
CLIs are fixtures; the mock herdr answers process-info in the real shape.

handle_startup_dialogs was a claude-only string ladder called only when
AGENT=claude, and wait_for_tui_ready does not treat a dialog screen as ready.
So agy, grok and codex sat on their directory-trust prompt for the full
readiness timeout, the session was recorded as tui-ready-timeout, and
onboarding injection was disabled (create_session.sh:313-314) - a human had to
accept each dialog by hand.
The signatures and accept keys move to the adapters as `startup_dialogs`
(pattern, keys, kind), published through the existing `facts` eval contract as
MAM_STARTUP_DIALOGS. claude's ladder moves over verbatim; agy takes Enter, grok
y, codex Enter, and codex's update notice takes 2 (Skip), which blocks a start
just as hard while changing nothing. kind is `trust` or `notice`:
--no-auto-trust leaves trust dialogs to a human and still answers notices,
since trusting a directory makes codex load its project-local config, hooks and
exec policy.
Re-sending is gated by time (MAM_DIALOG_RESEND_S, default 5s), not by frames.
#24's comment reports that `--source visible` keeps showing an accepted dialog
for a while, and _pane_capture hardcodes that source, so "still on screen" is
not evidence the keys were missed; acceptance is judged by the ready tokens
alone.
Two existing tests asserted the old shape and are updated, not weakened:
b19's "Escape branch stays" now looks for it in claude's adapter, and c1b's
"Enter once per iteration" becomes "never twice for one frame", which the
cooldown satisfies strictly more tightly.

The 33 failures on the Linux / Python 3.14 host (#28) were environment
dependencies, not regressions; each test is worth keeping, so fix the
dependency instead of deleting the test:
- test_workspace_scope: `source` under `shell=True` ran in dash; run the
command string under bash.
- conftest autouse: MAM_ENV_FILE points at an absent file for every test,
so a workspace .mam.env with a reachable broker no longer breaks the
"broker unavailable" tests (T1-4).
- help-capture guard: compare normalized help text (whitespace collapsed,
"optional arguments"/"options" unified) so argparse re-wrapping across
Python versions is not drift.
- deploy freshness D-11..D-19 and D-22..D-30: skip with a reason when the
nats-docker submodule is not initialized.
- lib_py.agents.base.conversation_in_use and heartbeat._process_table:
`ps -eo pid=,ppid=,args=` (POSIX) instead of the BSD `-axo ... command=`
form, the most likely cause of the 12 purge failures on Linux (the holder
scan returned nothing); to be confirmed on that host.

Round-3 review of f5a6575 (planner-reviewer-codex-01, R1/R2).
R1 - the adapter's in-use check handed only the conversation DB to lsof, so a
holder that keeps the presence lock (or a sidecar) open while naming the uuid
on no command line and in no session variable was invisible, and the held
lock was unlinked from under it. AgyAgentAdapter.conversation_in_use now
passes every path of the conversation (DB, -wal/-shm/-journal, brain,
annotation, presence lock).
R2 - both resolver stages required the DB, so once an interrupted or pre-#10
purge had removed it, the WAL/annotation/lock left behind were "no artifact"
(exit 5) forever. BaseAgentAdapter.has_artifacts (default: a uuid-bearing
artifact path that exists) replaces the resolver's path fallback, and agy's
override accepts any of its pieces.
Tests: a flock holder that names the uuid nowhere is refused and nothing is
removed; orphaned leftovers resolve to agy and are purged. VERSIONS.md
v4.4.3 items 1-2 and orc-onboard SKILL.md updated.

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01VCgu9Fa9iT7TbJUSzdq4Ff
Review of 0282312 (planner-reviewer-claude-01, N1): conversation_in_use
excluded the purge's whole ancestor lineage, and that lineage includes the
agent CLI that launched the skill. An orchestrator purging its own UUID
from its own session was therefore never refused - the only process naming
the UUID was excluded, and claude keeps no transcript open for lsof - so
its live conversation was deleted, contrary to what orc-onboard SKILL.md
promises.
- base.conversation_in_use: in use when one of the caller's session-id
variables (CLAUDE_CODE_SESSION_ID, ANTIGRAVITY_CONVERSATION_ID,
HERMES_SESSION_ID, GROK_SESSION_ID, OPENCODE_SESSION_ID) equals the uuid;
the command-line check now excludes only the purge's own helper chain and
stops at the nearest agent CLI ancestor (basename claude/agy/hermes/grok/
opencode/codex, read like detect_nearest_agent), which counts as a holder
when it names the uuid; the lsof check is unchanged
- tests: the non-agent helper chain is excluded but an agent ancestor is
counted; the purge CLI is refused under an agent CLI naming the uuid and
with each of the five session variables set to it; orc_onboard --remove
--purge-conversation --yes is refused from the orchestrator's own session
(exit 5, registration kept). The eight new cases fail on 0282312
- job_subscriber --registry-dir now defaults to default_registry_dir() like
the other entry points (review R-d)
- orc-onboard SKILL.md spells out how the calling session is recognised;
VERSIONS.md v4.4.3 item 2 and the new-test count (24)

Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01HCGpJXhSZasJLU38ksDghe
Issue #10 - agy purge_artifacts left resumable pieces behind: it now also
removes the SQLite sidecars (-wal/-shm/-journal), the title annotation and
the presence lock (the lock only once no live process references the
conversation), and residual_artifacts() reports anything under
~/.gemini/antigravity-cli still carrying the uuid.
Issue #13 - the orchestrator has no herdr_sessions row, so its conversation
could not be purged by any skill. `lib_py.agents purge <agent|auto> <uuid>`
resolves the adapter from what is on disk (orchestrator_uuids stores bare
uuids), refuses while a live process names the uuid (conversation_in_use:
process list minus the caller's own lineage, plus lsof), and prints what it
purged. `orc_onboard.sh --remove <uuid> --purge-conversation --yes [--agent]`
runs it before the registry update so a refusal changes nothing (exit 4
without --yes, 5 while in use).
Issue #11 - "Successfully removeed": conjugate add/remove explicitly.
Issue #15 - the job registry and audit log followed the caller's cwd, so the
pytest suite (create_session.sh with its default onboarding job, run from the
repo root) had left 593 test records in the real .mam/jobs. Defaults now
resolve MAM_JOBS_DIR / DELEGATE_JOB_LOGS_DIR, then $WORKSPACE_ROOT/.mam/...,
then the cwd (mqtt_common.default_registry_dir / get_logs_dir; registry.py,
publish_event.py, service.py, create_session.sh, stop_session.sh); the
sandbox fixture pins both. The tier suites that used to leak now leave the
real registry untouched (881 records before and after).
Tests: test_issue10_13_purge.py (13), test_issue15_registry_isolation.py (7);
T-O13 pins the corrected message; the R1 helper test and B-9 logs-dir test
now assert the workspace-anchored contract; publish_event snapshot updated.
