1. Clarification that [`deploy/generate-env.sh`](file:///var/folders/q_/68sxgw3j073dgjg8wl9s08vw0000gn/T/mam-review/loop-20261013T025132Z-60f239/1/deploy/generate-env.sh) creates `.mam.env` only when missing, and `--force` backs up `.mam.env` to `.mam.env.bak` before overwriting.

2. Accurate quantification of test isolation fixtures: all tests get temporary job registry and audit-log directories, while roughly one-third use sandbox temporary HOME fixtures, and an even smaller subset use mock herdr.
