## 2. Original defects — still closed
|
||
|
||
1. **Fail-silent / 3900s hang.** Direct and loop/discuss unfinished paths call `finalize_unfinished` → registry `error`/`cancelled`, nonzero wrapper rc. `wait_for_job` no longer sits on a forever-`pending` record.
|
||
2. **TUI turn race.** Injection is after `wait_for_agent_idle` (herdr `idle|done`, not pane quiescence). `send_keys_safe` uses `agent prompt --wait`.
|
||
|
||
Both are in the merged tree. No `[ESCALATE: PLANNER]`.

||
## 3. Residuals (do not block close)
|
||
|
||
1. **`origin/main` is still `f98b958`.** Local `main` is **ahead 3** (`7b761be`, `ec61511`, `a08b3ca`). Flip Gitea to closed **after** pushing `a08b3ca`. That is an operator step, not a code-rework condition.
|
||
2. Subscriber `connect` is still `with_retry(..., attempts=3)` and is **not** clipped to job `--timeout` / `--idle-timeout` (`job_subscriber.py:335-338`). 60s pytest headroom hides load; it does not cap product connect. Follow-up, not Issue #6 scope.
|
||
3. **T1-25** still drives `delegate_publish_event` after sourcing `lib.sh`, not the `stop_session.sh` binary. Wiring at `stop_session.sh:145-167` was re-read and is correct.
|
||
4. Claude's non-blocking list still applies: `phase5-e2e.md` row 1 `e59778a0` is a pre-implementation job; `test_t1_16` still has a fixed `sleep(2.8)`; orchestrator brief templates should carry `--expect-dispatch-token` / `--attempt-id`.

5. O-1 (retain re-accept on loop/discuss) remains out of Issue #6 scope, as planned.

## 4. Decision
|
||
|
||
Issue #6's two defects are fixed, reviewed, versioned at **v4.4.1**, and merged to local `main` at `a08b3ca`. Close the Gitea issue **after** `a08b3ca` is on `origin/main`. No further implementation or review round is required for this issue.
